I offer online individual counselling services for adults who reside in Ontario. I provide therapy for a diverse population experiencing a variety of issues. My passion is working with women, primarily young adults, who experience challenges with their self-esteem and/or relationship difficulty. Therapy services provided are tailored to your individual needs.

My priority is to develop an understanding of your experiences in a way that helps you to feel seen, heard, validated, and respected. I compassionately engage with you to help you process and make sense of your experiences.
